Shipping & Return Policy
Orders are packaged and shipped on business days only. Business days are Mondays through Fridays (excluding national holidays). We do not ship out any packages on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.
- Free shipping applies to all orders over $80 within the Domestic U.S. 48 States Only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories). Free Shipping will be shipped by USPS. Free shipping typically takes 2 to 7 days based on available stocks and delivery schedules of USPS. Free shipping applies to the original order only. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping fee.
- Standard Shipping Rate has no minimum purchase requirement and applies to orders within the Continental U.S. 48 States Only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories). Standard Shipping will be shipped by USPS. Standard Shipping typically takes 2 to 7 days based on available stocks and delivery schedules of USPS. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees.
- Standard rates apply to other methods including air shipping. Quotes are available in your shopping cart.
Orders will be shipped out within 2 business days in case of available stocks from our warehouse. However, it will take 3~4 business day to receive products from vendors for shipping. If the customer has provided inaccurate information (i.e. incorrect e-mail address, missing apartment/suite numbers), we will not be able to ship out the order within this time frame.
If the item the customer ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify the customer ASAP.
a1beaute.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages confirmed to be delivered to the address listed under the order. If you believe that your package was stolen or lost, you may file a claim with USPS with the tracking number of the order.
If your package was sent back to us due to insufficient/incorrect shipping information, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. We will only ship the original package back to the customer after payment for the additional shipping fee has been provided. If the customer does not want to pay for the additional shipping fee, a refund for the items will be provided. The refund will not include the original shipping fee paid by the customer and 5% of processing fee.
- All sales are final.
- We will only accept returns if you received an incorrect or defective item. In the event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the item being delivered. In the email, please provide your name, order number, and an image of the incorrect or defective item.
- The return fee for Returns or Exchanges that were initiated due to shipping error will be paid by a1beaute.com. Return shipments for Returns or Exchanges made due to customer's preferences will be the customer's own responsibility to ship the items back to our warehouse.
- There will be a minimum of 20% restocking fee charged for all returns. We do not accept any return requests after 48 hours of the package being delivered; you must contact us within this time period.
- Conditions for items that are eligible for return are:
- Items must be in their original condition.
- Items must be in original package with all tags and labels
- Upon receipt of returns or exchanges, a1beaute.com will inspect all items to assure that the items are in good condition. Any item that may have been opened or seemed to have been tampered with will be automatically discarded and no credit will be given to the item.
- We must receive the return items within 7 business days of the return request.
- Any returned item that was not approved will be sent back to the customer and shipping will not be credited.
- We will replace any return item with the same exact item. If the item is not available, we will provide a refund for the item.
- Returns to customers that wish to receive money back will have their refund applied to the payment method used on their original order: (Paypal, Credit Card).
- We do not give credit for shipping costs unless there was an error made on your order.
- All restocking shipping charge will be deducted from the customer's refund credit. If the customer's original order was free shipping, a shipping fee will be added to the customer's restocking fee.
- In any situation, we shall not send a replacement until the returned item arrives to the store and is approved.
- The return policy is subject to change without notice.
